Beginning January 1, 2023, refunds for any show cancellation prior to Januwill no longer be available. Starting January 1, 2022, all refunds for tickets purchased through the Grey Eagle Box Office will be honoured for one (1) year starting on the day of the refund announcement.

Should you have any questions, please email Refund Policy Should you choose to keep your tickets, they will be honoured for the new date (we do not need to exchange or swap them). After this date refunds will no longer be permitted. Once a new date has been announced, a 30-day refund policy will start as of that announcement day, and fans will be notified via call or email. If an event is currently marked as Postponed with the new date unknown, refunds will be unavailable. If you have tickets for a cancelled event that were purchased through the Box Office and have not yet received a refund, please come in during our new hours of operation for a full refund. Online purchasers will be notified and refunded via Ticketmaster. If a show has been cancelled, you can receive a refund at the original point of purchase.
